Recycling old horseshoes

I’ve been given a big pile of used horse shoes by a local farrier. They’re really good quality mild steel and they’re an interesting starting point for creating interesting designs, such as the horseshoe trivets.

New Workshop

I’m setting up a new workshop in Dorset, starting with a basic forge. It’s in an old chalk barn which has only been used for storage for years. I’ve also started this new website using WordPress.
